_ We attempt to refurbish it and provide it to a new Virgin Mobile customer (this is re-use - the highest form of recycling).
_ Or, we'll send it on to people who are in need of a mobile phone, at a reduced price.
_ If we can't re-use or re-furbish the phone you send in, then we'll recycle it in an environmentally correct way.
By recycling your old phone(s), you'll be helping the environment, and also help young people in need.
